New Ross Aug 25 – Mrs. Buernard Hodson of this city passed away at the Williams Hospital in Lebanon at 2:10 yesterday morning following a brief illness of uremic poisoning and the remains were brought to the late residence here later in the day. The deceased, who before her marriage was Miss Dellma Mae Baker, was born at Burlington, Vermont July 5, 1886, and at the time of her demise was 28 years 1 month 19 days.  She was married in her home city of Burlington Jan 18, 1902 to Buernard Hodson. To this union were born six children as follows: Earl William; Ernest Edward; Clarence Keith; Thomas Eugene; Leona Mae and Betty Louise, all of whom together with the husband survive the mother and wife.  She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. Baker who is on her way from her eastern home to attend the funeral. Mrs. Hodson was a kind and affectionate mother, a devoted wife, a helpful neighbor and during the residence here of the past several years has made a host of friends who are shocked at her untimely death. The funeral services will be held at the local Christian Church Wednesday morning at 10 o’clock and will be in charge of FE Graves. Interment will follow in the IOOF cemetery south of town. -kz
